NEWS: The current version is 3.0.2. It is a minor bug fix release. See the project README for more information.
NEWS: dorcMan version 3.0 has been released! New major features include easy content management for multiple languages and transparent support for browsers with or without cookies enabled. These new features are major improvements that not only make dorcMan the obvious choice for content management, they also make it an amazingly elegant foundation for web-based applications.
NEWS: dorcMan version 2.0 is the previous version. The major features added in this release include flexible management of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and management of Shockwave Flash content. The addition of these new features is an evolutionary change in online content management tools. Check out our "About" page to see what makes dorcMan different from from the plethora of other Content Management Systems that are available.
dorcMan is a Dynamic Object-Related Content MANagement system.
Dynamic: Web site layout and content are database-driven and controlled through easy to use web-based interfaces.
Object-Related: The code is object oriented, which makes it modular, portable, expandable and robust for programmers.
Content Management: The full system is an easy to use means by which novices and experts alike can increase productivity by simplifying management of web site content.
